William Kubofcik serves as the North America CEO of a Swiss-based medical device manufacturer and brings over a decade of leadership experience in operations and business development across publicly traded and privately held billion-dollar healthcare companies. A dedicated public servant and community leader, Mr. Kubofcik has served two terms as mayor, three terms as a councilmember, five terms on the planning board, and one term as Commissioner for the Passaic County Utilities Authority. His longstanding commitment to service includes time as a volunteer firefighter, where he participated in the rescue and recovery efforts at Ground Zero following the events of 9/11.

Mr. Kubofcik is also active in faith-based and civic life, having served two terms as Grand Knight with the Knights of Columbus, as well as a youth church minister, Eucharistic Minister, and performer with the St. Paul’s Players musical group. A proud father of five sons, he enjoys spending time with family, smoking premium cigars, playing Texas Hold’em, golfing, clay shooting, and fishing. His diverse background and service-minded leadership provide valuable insight to Operation Golden Shield’s strategic direction and community engagement efforts.
