The San Francisco chapter of Operation Golden Shield from the Bay Area will meet the immediate needs of homeless veterans currently enrolled in San Francisco's most prominent homeless veteran non-profit, Swords to Plowshares. We will deliver "Winter Survival Kits" to our nation's veterans to better equip our heroes to get through these difficult times.
San Francisco's Operation Golden Shield committee successfully delivered over 50 Winter Survival Kits containing hygiene, warmth, and sustenance items, to homeless veterans throughout the Bay Area.
