Harman Kohli is a civic engagement and communications leader committed to empowering underrepresented communities through political participation, youth leadership, and public service. He currently supports strategic outreach, event planning, and communications efforts at organizations focused on mobilizing AAPI and other underserved voters across the country.
His professional background includes internship experiences with national nonprofits and political strategy firms, where he has contributed to issue advocacy, voter outreach, policy research, and digital organizing. Drawing on a passion for civic education, Harman has played key roles in coordinating town halls, leadership summits, and cultural awareness campaign.
Rooted in the Sikh tradition of seva (selfless service), Harman brings a community-centered approach to every project he undertakes. He is especially passionate about connecting cultural identity with civic action, and he aims to build more inclusive systems that reflect the voices and values of the people they serve.
Outside of his nonprofit work, Harman is a Political Science student at Boston University with a minor in Data Science. He is an aspiring public interest advocate who hopes to pursue a career at the intersection of law, government, and social impact.
